A smooth and efficient construction process begins with a comprehensive plan. Once the decision is made to move forward with construction, we begin the necessary planning steps to ensure our smooth and efficient execution of the design: preparing a detailed schedule, ordering materials, and notifying our trade partners and subcontractors.

During construction, Sid and Rob become regular (typically more than once a day) visitors to your home as project managers for your remodel. By working closely with our subcontractors in the field, we ensure that our design intent is executed perfectly, so what we have envisioned together during the design phase is brought to life.

We like to think that we treat your home like it is our home. We take pride in our thorough preparation process where we prepare your home for the traffic and dust associated with construction. Armed with various methods of floor protection, dust walls with zipper doors, rolls of blue tape and heavy plastic, we make it our goal to contain the mess during construction to minimize the hassle of remodeling. Everyone who works on your home is well aware that this isn’t just a job site, you live there - no loud radios, no smoking, and appropriate attire.

And in the end, we welcome you home to a clean and beautiful result.
