PASSION
Sid works with his clients to create design|build solutions through his time-tested, in-depth, lifestyle-based interview process. Intimately focused on the needs of his clients, Sid respects each home owner as unique. The goal is a perfect balance of functionality, aesthetics, and investment.

Once the design solution is realized, the partnership moves naturally to an easy, anxiety-free construction process. Sid's expert communication and critical organizational skills provide a finished result that exceeds expectations.

INTEGRITY
Active in the design/build industry since leaving architecture school at the University of Minnesota in 1992, Sid's work has been featured in Midwest Home, Better Homes and Gardens: Remodeling Ideas, Mpls/StPaul Magazine, Kitchen & Bath Design News, Qualified Remodeler, and Lakestyle, among other publications. Sid's BA in Fine Arts is from Carleton College.

Sid is a NARI Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler. NARI's rigorous certification process assesses professional dedication to the remodeling industry. Their extensive screening and testing assures prospective clients that a CKBR is an individual who has a commitment to the professionalism of the industry, a minimum of five years experience and skills that can only be gained by extensive hands-on practice.

FAMILY
Sid met his wife Christine on her first day of class when they attended Carleton College in Northfield. They married the summer after they graduated and now share their home (designed and remodeled by Sid) in Excelsior with their four children: Mitch, Lily, Harry, and Aidan.
